That's my headcanon anyway. Since Mewtwo erased Team Rocket's memory of his existence in Mewtwo Returns, maybe TR and the scientists that created Newtwo had an alliance prior to that and exchanged some samples of the mew fossil dna to them as a Plan B in case something went wrong with Mewtwo. I figure they just picked up where TR left off, making a new and improved Mewtwo when they found out the original had escaped and dissapeared.
Can amber change into many shapes or just the one you drew?
Assuming by shapes you mean different pokemon/people and such, for now she'll only know how to transform into a human but maybe later on Mew will teach her how to change into other things
Mewtwo can turn people into pokémon .... he would turn lakota into Charizard just to piss her off or for her to see what it's like to be a pokémon??
He can't turn them into pokemon but he could transfer Lakota's soul into her Charizard, that'd be the only way but I don't think Lakota or Argon would be too keen on the idea. Neither would Mewtwo for that matter, he'd rather not do something like that again.

It was never mentioned if the deceased Mew used to create Mewtwo was Mew's father or mother but I like to think that it had some relation to her. But Amber was created from Mewtwo's own DNA
