As another year comes to its conclusion (and with some extra time on my hands #igotcovid), I’ve been reflecting on adventures I’ve had and new adventures to come. I was recently interviewed by the Swiss magazine @schweizer_illustrierte about my time in the Peruvian Amazon with @aqua_expeditions and @inkaterrahotels where I talked about fishing for piranha on the Amazon River, scouring the local markets for rare Amazonian ingredients with Chef @pmschiaffino and searching for anacondas with a nearly blind tracker in the Amazon jungle. Good times! Can’t wait to find out what 2022 has in store.
