In a totalitarian society where love is illegal, our characters have fallen head first into it with one another. Send “1984” for my character’s last thoughts and words to yours as the police break down the door to take them away for rehabilitation by torture.
OutOfWine: THIS THINGS SHOULDN’T HAPPEN. D:
Theo winced once the police banged on their door yet again; rattling the hinges and shouted to each other on trying to find another way in. His hands trembled badly while cupping Julia’s face, watching the smear of her make-up from her running tears. He wanted to be brave, but he just couldn’t. They were in trouble. Deep, big trouble the size of the Grand Canyon.
BANG. Comes another trial to torn the place down, now shaking the entire wall violently.
He opened his mouth, but nothing came out. Instead, more tears flowing and tainting his dirty cheeks, mimicking the girl’s reaction to the whole situation. “There’s…no escape.” He gasped the words, darkened blue hues glanced to her light ones; his fear was clear and sound. “But, I- I love-“
However, before he could finish his sentence, a bright light was seen from the way out, followed by harsh silhouettes that swarmed in and surrounded the pair. So instead of saying anything, Theo simply pulled Julia close and kissed her roughly. Hands pulled them apart, but he managed to shout one last sentence before he was dragged into the car.
"I love you, Julia! I LOVE YOU!"
