zip up with Roxy and Eridan please? (specifically Roxy dressing up Eridan)
Leave an “Zip Me” in my ask, and I’ll write a drabble about one character dressing another, or the other way around [this can also be used for shutting them up as well, but feel free to specify.]
“I wanna see,”Eridan complained as he shifted around to try and catch himself in the mirror.Roxy hushed him and grabbed his shoulders, maneuvering him back into position.
“You’ll seewhen it’s done! You don’t wanna go spoilin it now, would ya?”
“No buts!” Shescolded him and booped his nose. “It’s almost done, so just hang tight.”
Eridangrumbled but obeyed her command and held still. Roxy hummed a soothing tune asshe worked, doing up the vest, then grabbing a violet sash off the back of achair. She wrapped it around his waist and pulled it tight enough to make himgrunt, then tied it into a complex knot. She then stepped back and planted herhands on her hips, nodding in satisfaction.
“Ok, done!” Hehuffed to show his exasperation, then stepped away and turned toward the mirrorto look.
As heexpected, Roxy didn’t disappoint. The black shirt and pants hugged his form andgave him a sleek appearance, while the violet sash and scarf added a splash ofcolor that wasn’t gaudy nor plain. The vest, a very dark violet, was lined withelaborate golden embroidery that matched his bracelets and rings. She hadtraded out his usual glassed for a pair of lighter frames that gave him a moreelegant look.
“Wow,” Hesaid. Roxy beamed.
He twistedaround, admiring the way the gold accents caught the light.
“Damn Rox, Ilook like an entirely different person.”
“Naw,” Roxywound her arms around his waist and rested her chin on his shoulder. “StillEri, I just showed ya how absolutely bombin you can be.” Eridan smiled faintlyand wrapped an arm around her waist in return.
“Thanks, Rox.What would I do without ya?”
“Aw, youcharmer.” She pecked him on the cheek and spun away back toward the wardrobe,“Now gimme five minutes to get ready! We’re gonna own this ball!”
