This is huge news! With the recent sale of the Fiesta Mall, the Grace Family in the planning stages of developing their property on the NW corner of Alma School and Southern, the old borders/Best Buy plaza (across from the mall on the east side of Alma school) and now the Bank of America building being sold, we are looking at a total make over of the Fiesta District Mesa! I think it's time for another stakeholders meeting where all the land holders / developers show plans or visions for the property and we talk about next level cooperation and development that accents each other and the area. This is an excellent opportunity for a turnaround of this area.
