Revisiting the elements of IPP made me look back to my first year's teaching experience in AdI. These questions popped into my mind as the context, experience, reflection, action and evaluation were discussed: 1. Was I able to take into account the real context of my students? 2. Was I able to teach in such a way that my students taste something internally? 3. Was I able to guide students to make meaning out of the lessons we have discussed? 4. Were my students really applied what they have learned? 5. Was I able to examine my teaching strategies if it was effective or not and apply this to improve my strategies for the next lesson? Yes, it is still a long way. Looking forward to another year of challenges and growth!
