I would just like to point out that Robin is hella happy that Royce survived the long night. He’s very attached to the people he’s well...attached to. The fact that he barely got to know Jon Arryn and that Lysa didn’t treat him the way she should have for him to flourish means he sees Royce as a parental figure.
Royce was patient enough to try to teach him to fight. Royce was loyal enough to question even Baelish and look out for Robin’s best interest. He loves that man and to have him still alive makes his day okay?
In fact... if he ever had a son I’m pretty sure he’d name him Royce Arryn to honor Lord AND Lady Royce.
