"Launchpad?" Louie called out in the manor. Though, he wasn't very loud due to it being quite late in the night. It was confusing, but he was going to find his father no matter what it took. He was being kept up by a bunch of things, but one of the most important things.. only Launchpad would probably be stable enough to talk about with his son. He stuffed his hands into his pockets as he continued to search around the manor for the pilot.
Where could he even be at this time of night? It was really confusing as he wasn't in the television room where he would sleep during the nighttime. Maybe he wasn't in the manor at all. Maybe he was outside. ..Nonsense. It was freezing cold outside, it wouldn't make any sense. Though, maybe it would, since Launchpad wasn't the brightest one out there. Louie would never say that to his face, however, as he wouldn't want to hurt his father.
The duckling eventually gazed out of the window, his eyes scanning around the front of the manor. Maybe he should go out there? Letting out a long exhale, he had decided to go out. His eyes scanned his surroundings. No sign of the pilot, yet. 'I'll never be able to find him.' He thought to himself, but he was mistaken as he just seen Launchpad dash by, and into the forest nearby their home. He raised a brow in confusion as he followed the other, speeding up a little bit, so he could catch up. Once seeing Launchpad stop, he stopped as well.
"Dad..? What are you doing?" He stood there for a few seconds, listening to his father's reply before he then shook his head to get himself back on topic with what he had needed to ask before. "Can you tell me more about mom? What was she like?" It was this situation, again. Louie was stressing about his mother, again.
