yes! just make sure you go to your ipod in itunes when it’s connected and select entire music or whatever (sorry i don’t have my ipod with me but you know what i mean right???)

yeah for some reason it automatically deletes my playlists too on my ipod, it probably will move the playlist from itunes on your ipod
okay so if i rebuild my playlists on my itunes before i synch my ipod then they should be moved over to my ipod from my itunes?
