Wallnut ink production! I decide to get sistematic, so I put 3 types of fruits in 3 diferent jars with some water. The dried ones are on the right, the mature brown on the center and the greenish on the left. I havent boiled any yet but you can see the diferences in color or on pigment concentration allready.
