first engagement ring I made, rough diamond in a halo setting with a twisted band. Band and diamond specified by client - this turned out really organic and I wasn't sure if I liked it but the client bust a nut when he saw it. What do I know I guess? Making jewellery for artist/skateboarders.
once again posting on tumblr to avoid horrid cropping, this was comissioned in memory of Bill Bourne, known as a "stormy petrel" in his life. He was a keen birdwatcher and even had a Heron named for him (he was one of those island bird guys)
I liked him a lot, he once set his dressing gown on fire and would occasionally fall asleep if he hadn't been spoken to in a little while. His Grandson Peter now wears it.
OG branks of Fordyce
extremely unpopular and difficult to manufacture, there is no point in making these silver "vegan pearls" as noone wants them. I still do it anyway
I'm very proud of these
Honestly? don't know what else to do with this wonderful pic of me and a 70 year old bus stop in Mastrick
