                  Erin had just gotten off work, opting to wander around the city instead of returning to her stuffy dorm room. It wasn't often that she found herself enjoying life in its entity, running around from shift to class like a chicken with its head cut off; shoveling down ramen noodles in hopes of not dying because, wow, that can't be good for your kidneys. All her assignments for this week were completed, some already turned in or emailed, and she was feeling good. So, why not have a little fun? Already, grey hues landed on her first victim of the day (victim of cheesy pick-up lines). Sauntering over, Erin decided against simply slinging her arm around the petite girl, instead sliding up next to her, one hand in her pocket, craning her neck to the side in a nonchalant manner, Erin directed her eyes towards the girl. "Nice day, yeah? It hasn't been this sunny is a while."

  {♋}  A soft rub to the side of the devils head as he wearily walked through yet again another unfamiliar place. He just wanted to find a source of food before he resorted to... other means. Completely not caring, he bumps by a person's shoulder, though he was more than too tired to care. He simply gave a wave and continued on his way.

                  Vera took calculated steps, counting each one in his wake. 6...7...8...9...10. He sighed to himself, contradicting the images in his mind--he really wasn't in the mood for this today, but it seemed that even if he wanted to step outside of the cycle, such a thing would be impossible. After another six steps, he found himself at a crack. With a little groan, barely audible since he was concentrating, Vera began to walk backwards, counting once again--but this time, he bumped into someone. Unable to simply stop, he maneuvered around the obstacle, stopping only when he reached the number ten. Afterwards, Vera took a deep breath; standing still to try and lessen the constant mumblings inside his head. "Oh--" He muttered, looking up to the person he had previously bumped into. "Sorry...About that." No, that didn't sound right. "Sorry." He finished again. "Sorry."

After finding three bucks, Delilah decided to use it on this really cool machine thing. She had seen people insert the money into this little slot, and you'd press the button for the drink you'd want. But she's getting the feeling that she had been conned, for she had inserted two dollars [as she had seen others do] and repeatedly pressed for the mineral water, but nothing would come out.

"Give - me - my - drink!" Delilah stop, you're yelling at yourself again. She paid no attention to the people around her and began to harass the button.
