Roommates wanted

So Ikki-con 2016 is right around the corner and i’m looking for roommates to share the burden of the new venues (Renaissance hotel) expensive-ass rooms.

the Room has already been paid for at a grand total of 297$ for a 2 night 3 day stay. Check in time January 1st 4pm, check out January 3rd at 11am.

it is a “standard room” one king bed, bathroom, and slight furnishings. Personal sleeping bag, pillows, blankets are heavily suggested. The bed will be shared as much as possible, priority given to those with legitimate medical/physical need.

The room will have up to 7 guests in it, after that goal has been reached we will no longer take in other people. The final date we will except new roommates is December 3rd

payment will be split amongst the the total number of roommates and due December 8th
