Katsuki hated winter. Loathed it with every fiber of his being. In most cases, he was defenseless, weak, and above all, he was always freezing. So why is he out here with two less layers of clothes than he’d like, watching his class and boyfriend act like children- which, they deserved a day to do that- and did he mention shivering?
Aizawa-sensei made it mandatory, that’s why.
“Fuckin stupid…” He muttered into his hands. “Why’d it have to be now? Couldn’t it have waited a couple months?”
“Could what have waited, Kacchan?” Fucking Deku asks him and he flinched in suprise.
“NOBODY WAS TALKING TO YOU!” Katsuki shouted. From the corner of his eye, he saw Izuku sweat drop. “Tch, what do you want nerd?” He sees the other boy smile.
“Well, I know Kacchan gets really cold sometimes and I thought he’d be a little happier if-” The green-haired boy broke off into a mutter.
“Spit it out!”
“I brought Kacchan some stuff!” His nerd panicks and if his face wasn’t so numb he’d feel himself giving his boyfriend a soft smile. As it is though, they’ve been together long enough for Katsuki to notice Deku’s awed look.
He sighs. He really hates being cold.
“Alrig-” He starts before he sees a flash of green and something being pulled over him. “Wha-”
“BYE KACCHAN! I LOVE YOUPLEASEDONTKILLME!” He hears and promptly looks down. On one hand, he feels heat rushing back into his face. On the other, he’s wearing a fucking Deku-themed coat and scarf. The scarf isn’t too bad but the coat has the words badly printed: I ❤️ Deku.
Which means on the back it says “He can do it me” which also means his boyfriend bought his own fan made merch to give to him. And yes, he does look through his boyfriend’s merch. Which is why he knows.
“YOU SHITTY NERD! GET BACK HERE DEKU SO I CAN KILL YOU!”
