It's 12:30 pm here in Rome and I just had the best dish in this epic adventure. I reserve hotels in different parts of a city every night so I can explore every corner. I've discovered a gem this afternoon. It is the Linguine with Lobster at Pasqualino. I made sure the lobster was not frozen and accompanied by Roma tomatoes and a light bianchi wine, I will say I must walk to my next hotel which is a mile away because my palette is exploding with flavors.
