Friedrich hated Halloween. It was pointless. A waste of time. He’d sat there for in the pitch black for the better part of two hours and children still came knocking on his door. Enough was enough, he put his hood up and stepped out into the chilly night.
Okay, come on.
Monster Mash dance off. You and me. Let’s go! I’m warning you though, you’re going to lose, but hey, that shouldn’t stop you from trying.
The Carrow Masquerade || Charlotte & Open
Charlotte had already intended on spending her Halloween on Brew Street that year. On Halloween, her and her father would always attended what ever event the Wizarding World had planned that year due to Charlotte’s love of the holiday, however, this year things had changed. For some reason, her father was busy this evening and though he had insisted he had important plans, she couldn’t help but let her mind convince her that he was still angry with her. What was worse, he had made her promise that she would make an appearance at the Carrow twins’ birthday party. Quite honestly, it was the last place on this earth that she wanted to be, but she was in no position to argue with her father again. At least her costume worked well with a mask... that was something. However, there was something incredibly unsettling about being at a Carrow party when both of them would be hidden behind masks.
Taking a deep breath, Charlotte entered The Three Severed Heads, handed her invitation over to the doorman, and proceeded to find an empty table at the back of the room. It seemed, though, that everywhere was taken. Looking around at her options, Charlotte finally settled on approaching a table with only one person and she smiled brightly as she spoke. “Excuse me? May I?” She indicated the chair beside the person. “Every other table is rather full.”
“Too old for trick or treating?” He scoffed. “No one’s ever too old for trick or treating.”
“Can I help you with anything?”
“This really isn’t my idea of fun.”
“I heard the horror maze has already permanently scarred a couple of people tonight. Wanna try it?”
