I’ve never been a delusional melody, like I’m an adult, I understand how conservative South Korea is especially when it comes to any drug related convictions. I’ll just never not be sad that Ilhoon has had to crawl back into the industry so quietly with his tail-tucked after serving his fucking time and disappearing for years. He’s worked so hard to heal from this shit, you can see the relief on his face, you can feel the joy being able to create and be with melody again has restored in him. It’s so unfair that even with BtoB “separated” and group activities in this gray area of legality he still has to be the one singled out publicly. Every time he’s public there’s swarms of haters who blame him for the professional fractures and act like this wouldn’t have been a turbulent time for this group regardless. Even now there’s “nobody wants that druggie back” comments, the man literally cannot suffer enough to some people despite his fucking “crimes” harming absolutely no one and the rest of BtoB still openly being close to him.
