Have been in a constant battle with myself all day, usually pretty good at staying positive but really struggled to pull it back today. Conflicting thoughts filling my head, can barely keep my eyes open and I still can’t switch off.

I know things will get better but sometimes those dark clouds overrun even the loudest thoughts of hope.
