*swipe to see where I was a month and a half ago* . Well... I said I would post my body transformation soooo here it is. The picture that made me realize all the weight I lost from stress, life, ect.... I’ll post on my story or something but LORDDDD?! . So far, I’ve gain around 20 lbs back with a steady 3-4lbs a week. I eat everything... (well if you know me, you know I eat healthier than most soooo... I guess that doesn’t count😂). I hit weights Monday - Friday with my weekends as my rest days. I DEFINITELY don’t drink like I used to (I’m a lightweight now 😓) And I don’t deal with anyone’s 🐄 💩 because ya girl doesn’t have it in her 🤷🏽♀️But being in the gym has definitely helps me mentally and physically to deal with everyday things. Like I said, don’t underestimate these gains 😌 . . And remember, it doesn’t matter what gym you go to, if you go to a gym at all.
