දෙහිවල ගුවන්පාලම අසළදී වීසා නොමැතිව මෙරට රැඳී සිටි නයිජීරියානු ජාතිකයන් සිව්දෙනෙකු අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් බව ගල්කිස්ස කොට්ඨාස අපරාධ විමර්ශන අංශය කියයි.
