Can I blame random insurance guy???
OMg random insurance guy was the wordst
He didn’t leave until 10pm!
Ugh
Blame him and my fucking pdoc (ex-pdoc I am *never* seeing her again if I can help it)
And my parents
And america’s shitty health insurance
But mostly it’s my brain’s fault for being so glitchy
Just thought I’d share the little notification thingy I made for @illestrin to use for my text alert.

The last few days a bunny has been diggin in the back of my brain
But I don’t feel like writing
Despite really wanting to write this fic
But I just don’t feel like it
But non-powered Fratt AU
Where Matt gives free legal advice at the same place where Frank attends a vet’s PTSD support group
And they fall in love
They still fight all the damn time
But they love each other while doing it
I WANT TO WRITE THIS SO BADLY
BUt I don’t feel like writingggggggg
I pick #1. You know my ship of choice ♡

Coulson sighed, double checking the locks and the alarms as he walked into his apartment. He slowly took off his tie, listening closely to the muffled sounds of a tv from the bedroom. He took stock of what kind of movie was playing before turning away from the closed door and instead heads for the shower.
He took longer in the shower than he normally would, gathering up his strength. All the paper work was done. Everything that needed to be handled with SHIEDLD was handled. Everything that was important for his job was done. Now came the hard part.
Helping the person who mattered most in his life.
He dried off and didn’t bother to tie the towel around his waist as he headed into the bedroom. Clint was laying on the bed, on his back, his head handing off the end as he watched a documentary on butterflies and birds.
“Wings of Life?” Coulson asked, putting on his comfiest pair of flannel pants. “Did I miss the part on bats?”
“Yeah. It’s over now.” Clint answered, his voice flat.
Coulson sat down, man handling Clint so his head was in his lap. “It’s not your fault, you know.”
“Mystery of the Flamingo’s is next.” Clint replied, turning his eyes away and back to the tv screen.
“Clint, it’s not your fault.”
“Did you know that the worlds oldest flamingo just died in Australia in January?”
“Clint, I need you to repeat after me and say ‘I know it wasn’t my fault.’“
“Can we go to Kenya and see the flamigos at Lake Nakuru next time we have time off together?”
“Clint.”
Clint was stubbornly quiet.
“Clint.”
“You can make me say it but that doesn’t make it true.”
“Clint, it’s true. That’s why I need you to say it.”
The sigh was silent but Coulson felt it as Clint turn and wrapped himself around Coulson’s torso.
“They died because of me. It was my fault.” His voice broke but Coulson knew there wouldn’t be tears.
“No, Clint. It wasn’t. So please just say the words. Say it and you’ll believe it.” Coulson gently rubbed Clint’s ears, his secret spot that Coulson knew would relax him even against his will.
“It wasn’t my fault.” Clint whispered.
“It wasn’t your fault.” Coulson leaned over as far as he could and lightly kissed Clint’s shoulder. “It wasn’t.”
