Also known as Coco (코코), Colette Mok is a Chinese singer under Belift lab. She's a member of the girl group ILLIT. She was born in Hong Kong, China and despite initially pursuing a career as an actress, she was recruited by scouting agents to participate in the show R U NEXT and was one of the seven contestants who made it to the final lineup.

Colette was born in 2009 to a family in Hong Kong, China. For the entirety of her life, she lived in an apartment with her parents and two sisters. As a child, she was a chatterbox and had trouble sitting still in one place for long.
From a young age, Colette's sights were set on the stage and her eyes glued to the spotlight. She'd spend hours on end watching her favorite musicals in the living room, a stack of carefully curated dvd's stacked neatly in a shelf adjacent to her sofa as she sits through the entirety of the phantom of the opera for the fifth time. Colette was also fond of Kpop as she grew up listening to SNSD, Gfriend and TWICE.
Her parents, sensing their daughters predilection towards musical theatre signed her up for a few lessons in acting and classical singing. Those classes gradually became a part of her everyday life like the chocolate egg waffles sold by the vendors below her apartment.
At age of 11, she landed herself in prominent roles in certain musicals and even got a scholarship for one of the most prestigious institutions that specialized in the performing arts, thus giving her the opportunity to study in the UK. There, she instantly became popular for her kindness and optimism alongside her natural talent for the performing arts. At the end of the year, Colette was given several awards.
Truth to be told, she never expected to become a kpop trainee.
On a trip to Seoul, Colette was stopped by a rather enthusiastic girl her age who immediately began to bombard her with questions. She later gave said girl her phone number and immediately received an invitation to audition in hybe.

Visuals, presence, vocals? That girl has it all. So there's no surprise that she's going to draw heads. As a result, Colette eventually turned into someone who was to be simultaneously admired and emulated. Whatever she wears or whichever makeup products she sponsors instantaneously get sold out in a minute or two, fans spending thousands of dollars in her name. So it's no surprise when the idol opens her email to yet again another flood of sponsorships from eager brands.
Colette is mainly known for bringing back Love Nikki. While the franchise itself already enjoys a substantial amount of fame, it's popularity skyrocketed in Korea because Colette was playing Shining Nikki on one of her livestreams. It got to a point where love Nikki began to officially release outfit pieces of the sets that Colette has worn or mentioned during the stream.
This also revived the hype around dress up games in general since well other idols started sponsor similar games.
