Monday night I started my descent into sickness and pain. I was texting one of my friends about it and how I was just going to go to bed to try and sleep through it instead of go to the store for Tylenol because I was out. She drove 40 minutes each way to surprise me with this delivery that night. Another friend offered to come stay with me and nurse me back to health. And even my ex asked if she could bring me anything once she learned I was sick.
