Every year during Pride month there is a huge celebration for all the students to enjoy, spanning all of the grounds of the school. As you might imagine, it gets a little crazy when magic is involved with the usual festivities involved with a Pride Festival.
First of all, the Great Hall is transformed into a stage and the tables are moved aside to allow for the students to enjoy those playing. One notable band that comes almost every year is the Weird Sisters, since the lead singer (Myron Wagtail) is pansexual and brings the rest of his band to play for the school. Other bands also choose to play there, as it is a very popular event.
Meanwhile, all classes are cancelled for the day, and students flood the hallways and dormitories to enjoy each-other's company and the festivities coming with the day. Ethereal pride flags hang from every rafter and colored rainbow smoke is constantly summoned by young witches and wizards, forming the smoke into shapes and words, just generally having genuine fun.
