Hi, this may be too technical a question for this subreddit, but I wanted to at least give it a try because I've had no luck googling, or asking my colleagues about this yet, so perhaps someone on here has some experience with it.
I need to know the intensity of the Earth (in micro-watts/cm2 ), at an altitude of about 700km, for desert terrain (or others environments if possible). Obviously I'd prefer a reference to something, if possible a refereed publication, or something like that.
I need to know this stuff to model the signal expected for an earth observing satelite for a project I'm working on.
Thanks for any help.
