"We're out of milk!"
He loved his roommate. He really did. But when she forgot to put the beer in the fridge he couldn't help but feel the slightest bit of pissed off. Literally all he wants is a cold beer and the decency of a roommate that can unpack things right. However, this wasn't the time for nagging nor even anger. He couldn't blame her for a simple mistake like that, she probably didn't even think of it. Instead he put the beers into the fridge by himself and released a heavy sigh, eye falling shut as he leaned back against the kitchen counter.
He could hear her head towards him from the hallway. She hummed a song familiar to the one on the radio but he wasn't too sure it was the same and to be sure he had to ask.
"What are you singing?" he almost whispered as she entered the kitchen. She yelped and he could hear her huff a few feet away. Fluttering his eyes opened, he stared towards her. Her innocent face and her cuteness when stubborn made it impossible for him to be angry at her. She looked so cute and petite, he didn't have the conscious to be mad. Instead he flashed a smile in her direction and listened as she unknowingly replied to his question. Once again had he given in to her charms. Once again.

It was the weekend and being bored, she went out to just go window shopping. It was then when her eyes were caught on a certain object made of crystal glass. The beauty it held was more for her eyes to intake, it actually left her in awe. She soon found herself walking into the store to look around at all the figurines made of crystal glass. It was a dangerous store to be in as she was clumsy and they were just calling for her to drop them. She shook her head to rub off that thought before she made her way to the figurine that caught her eyes outside the store. It was a beautifully carved lily, the smooth feeling when she touched it made her fall in love with the lily figurine even more. Her hands finally wrapped around the lily to bring it out of its shelf to examine with further care. Before it made it out, she knocked the figure next to it, making it fall down onto the marble flooring. It made a loud shattering sound, echoing throughout the whole store causing everyone to wander their little eyes over to witness her accident.
A man’s voice was heard only to irritate her even more with his statement. She clenched onto her teeth as she replied,” No shit, Sherlock.” Sungkyung’s hazel eyes made her way to roam into his, giving him a deadly stare. She heard footsteps running over to the site of the accident and assumed they were the store employees. She wanted to scream and escape this accident, but that would do nothing but only bring more attention. Hell was about to break loose and she knew that she was going to go through so much shit. She probably didn’t even have the money to replace the expensive item and let out a deep sigh to calm herself down before dealing with the problem she created herself.
He was free during this weekend. No schedules, no piles of paper. Finally. When he found that he was walking around the wrong alleyway for almost 15 minutes, he admitted defeat to his own stuborness for making himself lose the right way. After reaching the correct store, there he was, contemplating the glassed items placed rather wrongly, inside a particular display cabinet, hoping that the employee of the shop wasn’t intentionally going to make him wait for more time. Impatience was drawn all over his face with a hint of discomfort for being surrounded of unpleasant perfumes, provenient from a quite high number of female customers. The unapropriate glances that were thrown at him from some of them, while the high pitched chattering, didn’t help to cease his desire of leaving as quick as he could.
Loudly steps got his attention, as he expected to be the shop employee, bringing the sculpture he fixed his eyes on a few days ago — and that was supossedly brought today. Disappointly, it wasn’t him but a refreshing looking-young girl. With just a glance, a wave of familiarity invaded him. Followed by another glance of reassurance, he gave it a thought, realizing that her face was already known to him, since a small incident seemed to involve her a few days ago. She was the one who flipped off all of the drivers that honked their claxons towards an old lady, that was crossing the road too slow, including to the driver of the car he was in. It was an amazing gesture he reminded himself, being able to put herself in risk by standing in the middle of a road, just to help a random lady she probably didn’t know.
A crashing sound snapped him out of his thoughts, observing people pointing fingers at the girl, while she was obviously troubled by the small accident, she seemed to be blamed for. As he stupidly estated the obvious and by the reaction he got from her, couldn’t help but make him hold his laughter in. Still, his amusement faded away when he caught a glimpse of the superviser itself, walking towards them with a not-so-amused expression. He looked at the girl again, while mentally facepalming himself for the action he was about to do. He felt quite bad for leaving her in such circumstances, so he muttered for only her to hear.
"So, miss Watson. I'm here to help. You should wait for me outside the store..Before the staff calls the police. If I am successful, I’ll have good news to tell you." he turned his back and leaded the angry superviser away, leaving her behind to have a private chat with the man.
illuteis replied to your post:So uhh- How do you make friends round here?
You give them love and food.
/he hesitates for a moment before making a heat with his hands and holds out a bag of cookies to you;
illuteis replied to your post “You’re the master of excuses.”
"My phone died on the way here, so i didn't receive anything." She responded with an irritated tone as a frown appeared upon her features while she showed him her phone. "Thanks for coming late, but can we get going now? It's already late."
Sungyeol felt genuinely sorry for being late. His friend should have known by now that he was someone who didn't like to arrive late, shouldn't she? They've been friends for a while... "That's okay, and I apologize again.", he shrugged his shoulders and bowed. "Let's go then. What do you want to have for dinner?"
"Why are you so angry?"
He gritted his teeth, with frustration and showing a pained expression. He glanced down at his stained shoes, pointing his head towards an extravagant lady standing a few meters away from them. Letting out a small whine, he muttered his reply to the concerned young lady that just questioned him. “Her boots almost killed me, I’m—”
