#FBF Thankful Post I’ve never been good with dates but I believe at some point in the month of October about 10 Years ago I took the stage to do Standup for the first time & had one of the best feelings I ever experienced. I had just moved back to NY after finishing HS. I knew what ever I was gonna do with my life I’d find it in NYC. After that Student mic at Queensborough CC I made it my mission to perform more & learn more. The foundation I have from doing comedy in NY is like no other. My friends in this game, vets who I respect, comics I know in passing, social media , bookers, & whoever I’ve come across in some way has helped shaped my journey & I’m Thankful . I’ve been in LA a few years now expanding on what I want to do with Comedy but nothing is more important than Stand Up. I’ve got a long ways to go even though I got some time in. I told myself having a Celebratory moment is ok. 10years is a long time and I’ve never been committed to anything this long outside of being a disgruntled Knicks Fan lol. I’m here for the ups and downs that comes with Comedy. Making people laugh & have a good time is all I care about & ultimately what I live for.
