Pita Crisps
What a life changer!
I followed the recipe from the OMS Cookbook, and I’m so happy now I have a decent alternative to crisps!
So easy - just split the pita breads in half, brush lightly with extra virgin olive, season with salt (I added paprika too for an extra kick) and stick in the oven on a low heat (150°C) for 20 minutes. Hey presto! Now I have crisps!
And as a bonus, they keep for two weeks in Tupperware so I can make them in batches :D.
