Feeling very accomplished right now in my college career. Tonight was the French Dinner and it was great. I was the Student Sommelier for tonight's dinner, and I am so blessed to have been presented so many opportunities through the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute. It can only go up from here. I am just flooding with happiness because I know that all my hard work is paying off. Thank you to all my instructors and friends who have pushed me to my limits and made me better inside and out.
