I just discovered a #sipteaandepp party hosted by @stitchingnotes and @nordiccrafter for 2021 and jumped with joy and took out my WIP which was done ages ago. I do hope I can finish a lap EPP blanket, was supposed to be a single bed quilt, lol. Now that I know I am #slowstitching with a worldwide group thrilled me. It is rare, but not impossible to find someone in Singapore who EPP. In fact last month, I did an introduction to EPP in my workshop and glad the ladies liked it. This week, the topic for the tea party is the benefits of slow stitching for health wellbeing. I couldn't agree more since I have been loving and handsewing for more than 10years. It has definitely slowed down my crazy pace around my life and work. I can still sew without a machine any where. It is raining heavily in Singapore right now and sipping a cup of tea is just nice.
