Damian was out and about in the wilderness of Ula’Ula today, as he needed more berries to work on different sorts of recipes for his homemade pokepuffs. He even bought a case to carry them around in his jacket to feed to other pokemon as well. He also had Louis out with him, since he loved to wander around and enjoy himself while Damian went about his business.

As he found a good, tall bush that sported ripe berries, he began to pick them. He glanced over at Louis every now and then to make sure he didn’t wander off too far, but he seemed pretty preoccupied watching a cutiefly dance around some flowers. However, his attention was quickly brought back to the bush as he heard some rustling in it that definitely had not been him. He was a bit curious so he started to push some of the leaves aside to see what was there, inwardly hoping it was some sort of bug type pokemon. He loved those.

After a few awkward seconds of staring, the younger man finally spoke. “My calculations suggest that there is something quite off about you.” With a tilt of his head, he scanned the other’s features.

“Though I cannot quite pinpoint what.” Ah, well. He’d met a select few others that gave him the same vibe, but he supposed they likely didn’t have anything to do with one another. He shrugged it off. He could easily do later research.

“As enlightening as this is, could you perhaps not by any chance?” This person did nothing but talk his ear off as soon as he sat down, and honestly he didn’t want any of it. It would probably be frowned upon to somehow shove them through the window of the moving train wouldn’t it?

“Oh I do, in fact I’ve hung it on my wall for easy viewing,” he replied sharply and with strong hints of sarcasm. “Now can you please leave me be? I’m trying to read, and I don’t need some stranger prattling on in my ear about nonsensical garbage that I don’t care about.” He fanned the pages of the book he was reading to emphasize what he was saying before turning his attention back to the pages. It appeared to be a book studying bio-luminescence in deep sea pokemon. A personal choice.

Collecting information wasn’t always Archer’s favorable job to do. Having to take on a fabricated persona and suck up to others got irritating over time-- but such was such, and he knew better than to complain. Hopefully he had found the right person, considering they matched the description Team Rocket had retrieved.
