tbh injury/wound care makes me feel all the things. i already enjoyed reading it, but planning out scenes with it in After Resurrection is so fun for me. like it's so caring and makes my heart fuzzy. also hair braiding. AND nonsexual touch/intimacy... big heart fuzzies with that one.

Brennan had died, and woke up in a shit reality, apparently.

it's not funny in context, but i chuckled a tiny bit writing it because i, too, would think something like that if i woke up from the dead and had to deal with Ulices.

i love writing about yearning. like there's just something so yummy about not knowing if the other character likes them or not but they're still so head over heels and consumed by their feelings for them. <- literally my liam drabble and the slow burn in After Resurrection in a nutshell. also i realized recently that a lot of my writing focuses on emotions and almost a personification of them.

He looked down at their hands, whether to hide his gaze from her or the riders behind her, she didn’t know. He was silent for a few moments, before he looked at her again; his warm brown eyes were soft, the mage lights casting shadows on his skin.  He moved his head to whisper against her ear, “You’re sure, Calla?” The hot puff of his breath on her skin sent a small shiver down her spine.
