Episode 10 Synopsis

They’re in Haoting’s room. Yu Xigu wanted to come see Haoting to say that he knows it wasn’t him who tried to get Xigu in trouble. Haoting sees his chance and starts trying to seduce Xigu again, saying how he knew Xigu has liked him from a long time ago

Xigu: ???

Haoting shows Xigu photos that the other girl took of him, where Haoting has circled himself. It looks like XIgu was looking at Haoting in the photos. LOL

Xigu confesses that he was looking at Haoting, because he was curious. Haoting caught his attention when he got the second highest score, but ever since then has been closer to last place on exams. Yu Xigu confesses that he’s very envious of how Haoting seems to be so in control of his life, and can do whatever he wants. He doesn’t want to be a burden to everyone, and so he has to do everything by himself. Xigu says he wonders if things will be different if his parents were still alive, and cries. ;-;

Haoting hugs him and says from now on, he will be there for him, and that everything he has, he will share with Xigu.

Zhigang and Boxiang just walking on the street bantering back and forth. Zhigang brings up age and Boxiang gets fake upset. They make a date for after the gym.

It’s morning, and as Yu Xigu is getting dressed, the door rings. He looks through the peephole and smiles. It’s Haoting, with breakfast. Haoting wants to appease his dad, so he asks Xigu to tutor him. We finally get to see XIgu’s pet - it’s a beetle. I think. 

Over the weekend, Xigu goes over to Haoting’s house for the promised tutoring session. Cue curious parents. Haoting’s mom enters with fruit and Xigu looks so happy to be praised by her ;-;

There’s a time jump here. Cut to the gym date. Boxiang and Zhigang making eyesies at each other over gym equipment

Haoting picks up XIgu after his shift at work. Haoting says he’s got a ride and they cycle on U-bikes, still in their racks. They’re just being children, cycling but going nowhere

XIgu asks where Haoting wants to take them, Haoting says he can’t tell him yet, and kisses him. Xigu doesn’t shy away this time!

At the gym, Zhigang come out of the shower. Boxiang has just finished cleaning up and sees him. Sparks fly. They make out.

End Episode
