Actually, I think that in wizard scenario, Aemond would be from Durmstrang.

As Minister of Magic, Viserys sent each of his children to a different school (not counting Nyra cause she's older), so: Aegon went to Hogwarts (Gryffindor), Helaena went to Beauxbatons and Aemond went to Durmstrang. (Daeron who?)

Daemon keeps married to Laena, so Baela and Rhaena go to Uagadou school (and are the most powerful within the family btw).

Jace and Luke also attend to Hogwarts, being sorted to Gryffindor and Ravenclaw respectively.

They all meet at the very first Wizard tournament.
