Edwin’s first date with Claire went quite well, but probably gave Claire false expectations on what Edwin was really like, and Edwin’s only regret when Claire found out about the abuse was that she hadn’t hidden it better, but she didn’t regret hurting light. Only the consequences.

Upon hearing about a babysitter Light would be offended and go on some rant about how she doesn’t need one only to fall silent the second “father figure” was mentioned (in other words she’d be thrilled)

She had planned to mercifully dispose of the runt, but ended up changing her mind, for a reason she herself isn’t quite sure of, maybe she saw herself in it nonetheless, she fed it for a time, and got it back to decent health so it could live on its own, despite the fact it imprinted on her (and she named it, Bob) she released it,

But, it was believed to be wiped out alongside her planet later.

Multch and dultch often miss their brother, and the rank they once were before they were reduced to what they are now, as they lost a bunch of reputation when their brother died. Only fueling their anger towards Noric, and anybody and everybody.
