i always get so angry when these murders happen and bc the person who pulled the trigger sustained injuries of some sort, people automatically assume it means they're justified in doing so. it's such utter bullshit that an unarmed black person can be unquestionably be deemed an agitator in the situation because the other person had some sort of injury, when the other person was still nonetheless armed and the unarmed person is still nonetheless dead
