no one but the person who commissioned the art, and I, may use this art for anything. Including but not limited to icons, character sheets, and tracing.

as the commissioner, you are allowed to use the art as you please, with the exception you may not sell it or otherwise profit off of it.

you cannot claim the art as your own, and must give me credit in any repost of the art. Only the person who commissioned the art may repost it.

I am allowed to use the art to promote myself and my work. I will not sell anything with art of your characters or anything I drew for you, but I am allowed to use it as any portfolio piece.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Payment does not necessarily have to be upfront although it would be appreciated. Payment however does have to be before you are sent the full and final files. I use PayPal and Venmo!

I will send wips, just to ensure I am doing the art you wanted justice.

once complete, you get the digital version of whatever art you bought, as well as whatever file versions you want!
