Starting today I'm on a slightly higher dosage of my antidepressants, so I find it kinda funny I was so motivated today. It has to be purely a coincidence though, I know new tablets or dosages take a while to kick in

#soon ill be off the gross dissolving tablets yaaaaay #if i have those in my mouth for ONE millisecond too long everything is awful #soon itll be two capsules instead of just one and then one of those #the only reason i still have rhe gross ones is because i guess they dont make 10 or 30mg tablets #so i was on a 20mg capsule and half a 20mg dispersible tablet to make 30mg #but i don't think that was working so i talked to my gp and somw orher doctors #the hospital even suggested this and anxiety medication lmal #....back in december #im trying.....
