Headcanon: Blood and Prophecy

While Haleth’s identity as Dragonborn came as a surprise to her family, both living and dead, she is not the first in her family to bear the burden of prophecy. Arvys Sethan, her grandfather’s cousin and a member of the Morag Tong, fulfilled the Nerevarine prophecy at the end of the Third Era. After the Red Year, Arvys settled in a small fishing shack outside the village of Serk in the salt flats of Deshaan, occasionally accepting contracts for the Morag Tong. As of year 201 of the Fourth Era, he is still alive, though has stepped back from the responsibilities as an assassin; he remains blissfully unaware of the Dragon Crisis in Skyrim and his family’s involvement in it.
