"Elizabeth, come over and say hi," she heard her mother's voice.

She looked up to see her parents, Caterina and Brandon Sanchez, standing with a family of four. Elizabeth made her way over, a little shy.

"Elizabeth, this is the Barnes family, they live across the street," her father says.

"Hi," she timidly says.

"Hello Elizabeth," the mother said introducing her family, "My name is Winnie, and this is George, and these two are James and Rebecca."

Elizabeth shook hands with the adults, and looked at the two kids standing with them. Rebecca was clearly a little younger than she was, possibly four or five years old. James looked to be about her age.

"You and James are actually going to be in the same class when you start school on Monday," her mother tells her.

"Hi," James lifted his hand in an awkward wave.

"Hi," she waved back.

"Why don't you two go play?" Winnie tells her son.

"Um okay," James says walking away following Elizabeth back to the yard.

"What were you doing?" James asks Elizabeth.

"Looking for dandelions to make wishes," she tells him.

"Oh, okay," he says looking down at the grass in the search for dandelions.

"What are you trying to wish for?" he asks her.

"Can't tell ya," she looks over at him, "If I did it won't come true."

"I don't think that's true," he says.

If you want to be tagged, I need you to send it either to my inbox or through a message, or even through a reblog. I can no longer accept tag requests through my replies on posts. It’s getting harder to keep track of them that way

I can’t add a link to my messages, but if you want to send it through a message there’s going to be a little speech bubble at the top right of the screen, whether you’re on mobile or web. The speech bubble has a little addition (+) sign in it. That leads you directly to my message inbox, where you can send me a private message asking to be tagged.

You can also reblog asking to be tagged in a series/permanently. I will then reblog letting you know you’ve been added. That way it shows up on my page, and it’s easier for me to track through tags.

Also when asking to be tagged please specify the taglist you wish to be a part of. If you don’t specify which taglist you want, i will just add you to my permanent one. For example: “Can I please be added to your Folklore tag list?”

I normally don’t limit tags on a series, but I will officially be limiting them from here on out. The number for each series will probably be the tumblr limit(which I’m not sure what it is). But if I decide to change the number later on I will update it here and let you all know. Mind you adding tags to a post takes some time. And aside from series tag lists I also have to add those on my permanent tag list (which basically have priority). So if I were to make the series tag list 50, then add my permanent one, it’s probably close to 80 tags…which kinda stresses me out. Once I decide what the number is I will post it here and announce it. Each series will also have it in bold on the tag list # and if the tag list for it is open. Please always read the bold messages.

One final thing, if your tag isn’t working I will message you and help you sort out why it isn’t working. Typically if I can’t tag you it’s because you don’t have your settings for mentions set to allow those not following to mention you, or you just have it off so no one can mention you. So please have it on. If your tag doesn’t work for 3 posts, I will have to take you off. I will contact you each time as a heads up that it isn’t working and seeing if there’s anything i can do to help. Sorry if that doesn’t seem fair, but it’s just to keep it updated and from getting too long. I’m debating or not to make a waitlist for those wanting to be tagged but can’t be, if someone’s tag doesn’t end up working and I take them off the list. Again this will be mentioned in bold for the series if there is a waitlist.

Please be understanding about all of this as it’s only me doing the work and tags take a bit of work to keep track of.

*Please Read* Okay so before I post the next update for Folklore Song Series, I need to make this quick little announcement regarding my tag lists.
