Affections Touching Across Time: shown between eps 54 & 55 

Castle Beyond the Looking Glass: shown between eps 95 & 96 

Swords of an Honorable Ruler: shown between eps 136 & 137 

Fire on the Mystic Island: shown after the original series ended (before The Final Act)

The movies don’t affect the plot though, so you can see them as side stories (and they are not canon). But it’s best to watch them between those episodes ~
