I've waited a long time to finally share this achievement, as I wasn't allowed to announce it until tonight. I couldn't be more grateful to Professional Photographers of America, Texas Professional Photographers Association and to my friends, family, mentors and clients. After discovering PPA and TPPA in the earlier years of my career, I made the decision to be the best artist I could and to always share that knowledge with other artists, and I will continue to seek higher knowledge of my craft, so that I may always have something new to teach and inspire. Today, after years of learning from some of the most brilliant artists in the country and teaching my own portraiture workshops all over Texas, I can finally say I've earned my Photographic Craftsman Degree from PPA. Some of you are wondering what that is. Photographic Craftsman – This degree is one of the highest recognitions for speaking, writing and/or mentoring in photography. I'm beyond honored to receive this designation and to have been included in such a tremendous event here at #IMAGINGUSA2018. There aren't enough words to express the gratitude I feel for my husband, Alan Randolph, who was my sponsor tonight and who gave me the confidence to start Kellie Gann & Company in the first place. My clients, family, friends and mentors have all allowed me to see a dream fulfilled. Thank you. #HeirloomPortraitArtwork #PPAedu #BeMore #CertifiedProfessionalPhotography (at Imaging USA)
