They are indeed! Everything I’ve put on this blog is made of chocolate, except for the stuff made of cheese. I’m really proud of the chocolate dice tower, personally. I need to make more of those.

The fact that I love most about Essek "Hot Boi" Thelyss is that Jester took one look at him, clocked that he was living a lonely, solitary life and said, "you're not alone anymore. You're our friend now."

And the rest of the Nein didn't even try to argue with her because it's Jester and you don't argue with Jester, especially when she's right.

Caleb and Essek will dance around each other, speaking in metaphors, until someone points out that you don't just "move in" with your "good friend" for five years and sleep in the same bed as him, eat the same food as him, read the same books as him, fuck on the same kitchen table as-

Well, really at some point Essek is just going to look at Caleb and ask, "wait are we like, a couple?"

And Caleb is just going to raise an eyebrow and respond, "we literally just spent the past five years ruining our suppers and you're just now asking that?"

I don't know why but the idea that two people could be a couple and one of them is still like, "but are we though?" It is absolutely hilarious to me and something two awkward wizards who've committed egregious crimes (because they were manipulated into doing so) would do.
