Who is your favorite character?

i am of the mind that gob is more idiotic than actively malevolent, and lucille is just straight-up evil in a way that i find very fun to watch, so it's a tie between those two with buster coming in third because his whole character arc is so funny and makes so much sense to me. like of COURSE he would murder somebody. not even SLIGHTLY surprising.

The only reason they don’t get the sexy and hot damn ones is because Parker reads as distinctly ace spectrum to me--not to say they don’t sleep together, but it doesn’t strike me as being a huge part of their amazing dynamic and intimacy.

Leo Fitz for the ask meme?

How I feel about this character:

i genuinely do love fitz with all of my heart but i will admit i struggled with his characterization in parts of s5, mostly between the span of 5x15 and 5x20. aside from that, he’s genuinely one of my fave characters on the show and i’ve loved his development over the years. to this day his “nothing’s wrong with you, you’re just different now” remains my favorite line ever spoken on the show. 

All the people I ship romantically with this character:

pretty much just jemma. aos is the kind of show in which i’ve really never felt the desire to invest much in non-canon couples (daisy/robbie being a notable exception) bc i prefer the found family dynamics over all the ships and i find all the ships enjoyable.

My non-romantic OTP for this character:

i honestly love his relationship with everyone on the team and it’s hard to pick one but i think i’d say daisy

My unpopular opinion about this character:

i feel like 5x15 to 5x20 absolutely butchered much of his characterization and storyline... i’m not even trying to pick apart what happened in 5x14, i could’ve stomached it without much issue, but the writing of the aftermath really felt OOC and soured the back half of the season for me. 

also i don’t really want him or jemma to leave SHIELD at the end of the series like a lot of the fandom hopes they will. i would rather they stay teaching at the academy or stop being field agents. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:

i would like him to a) not die, b) not be separated from simmons, c) remain a part of SHIELD, d) have a happily ever after
