Honestly baby rolan and baby mari would probably operate pretty similarly. He’s sick of her within five seconds and follows her around holding her hand all while telling her exactly how sick he is of her in detail. She is not listening to him. She is looking at flowers

The three tiefling siblings: Lia, Rolan and baby Cal

Some headcanons I have about them:

Lia is the middle one and Cal the baby brother. We have no confirmation of their ages but Cal seems to be very innocent to me, so he's the youngest lol.

We know that canonically Rolan isn't blood while Cal and Lia are. I hc that Rolan sort of was found by Cal and Lia's mom and was adopted by her. He never called her "mom" while she was still alive, more like "miss _____".

Their mom was busy working a lot of hours so Rolan took care of the siblings: he cooked for them, bathed them, etc. Yes, I'm diagnosing Rolan with Elder Sister Syndrome 🫵

Mom died when Rolan wasn't even of age, like at 16 or 17. Rolan probably had to do some odd jobs since he was 14 to support the family but by the time she passed away, he had to find a more sustantial job.

Man I bet when Lia and Cal called him their brother for the first time Rolan cried for 3 hours and now refuses to admit that that ever happened

Tarot cards said today that I was lying to myself about something very important and I spent a good chunk of today angsting about that and self reflecting etc etc before going home and learning all about exactly how much packing still needs to happen after telling everyone I’m doing fine with that

I know it’s about the packing because every time I have asked the cards for insight the last few days they’ve gone “you’re doing great emotionally. Please take a look at the responsibilities you’re failing to balance” and respectfully it’s fineeeeeeeee like it’s fineeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
