“Ken? Thought I’d stop by before I went to work.”
You hear some sounds of metal clinking together and groans of frustration before your tall blonde lover’s voice calls out. “Back here!”
Following the voice, you go into the back area of the shop and find Draken sitting on a small chair, toolbox by his feet and wrench in his hand as he hunches over to get a closer look at the rear of the motorcycle.
“Fixing up a bike?”
Draken looks over his shoulder and exhales out, signaling his exhaustion as he stands up. He’s in dark blue overalls and has oil stains over his clothes and his gloves. “Yeah. I’m missing a part that’s getting delivered in the morning, but I’m just seeing what I can do with it now.”
“What are you doing here? Don’t you have work?” Draken says as he drops his wrench and pulls his gloves off, going to a bottle of water that was uncapped and letting it pour into his mouth, the bottle hovered over the air.
You nod and held up a paper bag with a pastry and set it on a table nearby. “Yeah, but I wanted to stop by, and drop off something. I figured you could use it.”
Draken smiles faintly as he goes over, placing his arms around your body and onto the surface of the table, trapping you between him and the table. He peers down at you and leans to kiss you, when you lean away to dodge it.
“Oi, I’m trying to kiss you.” Draken mutters, a little annoyed at your action while sending a raised brow to you. You giggle and shake your head. “Back away, Ken, you’re covered in oil and I just showered for work.”
“Hmph.” Draken doesn’t particularly like your excuse as he takes your hands and pulls them around his torso. “So? Are you saying you won’t give me a kiss?”
“Not now, because—“ You yelp when Draken playfully pinches your side and he quickly steals a kiss on your lips. He pulls away with a grin and nuzzles his nose against yours. “Calm down, just skip work and spend today with me.”
About to refuse, it’s only when your boyfriend presses his lips against yours once more that you give in and deepen the kiss.
“Alright, fine.”
