I HAVE A SUGGESTION CONCERNING THE IMEKO BASILICA & CONSTRUCTION; The current Basilica will not accommodate the large numbers of people coming to the Holy Land for Pilgrimage. This is the truth we all know. So i am suggesting that Temporary/permanent Extension of roofing sheets on iron poles should be made at both sides of the Basilica to accommodate more people. Extension of half the basilica breadth size and length from the entrance line to the Choir entrance on both sides of the Basilica. It will be opened all sides for free access and ventilation. Also proper arrangements of sittings/position will be made. It should definitely be constructed neatly to create a uniform image of the Basilica and it's surroundings on aerial/cameria view(equal sizes, length and breadth of both extensions). . . The extension could serve many purpose too but it should be under strict rules and orderliness. . . I know this suggestion is coming late but something could still be done to accommodate more people. Many people in the past years would stay in their imeko accommodation because they can't get into the basilica due to the mass crowd and congestion.
