Hello, Depthless Void of Tumblr,
This is my first post and hopefully not the last. Been lurking for a while and finally decided to give it a go.
This seems like an acceptable place to start.
Why did you start this blog?
Mostly in hopes to find kindred souls, who do not think, that rambling about your favourite characters for hours on end is a sign of some strange disease. To keep tabs on my reading as well.
Why do you love reading?
It’s a socially acceptable way of procrastination.
What book series got you into reading?
Harry Potter, no surprises there. Honorable mentions: The Shamer Chronicles by Lene Kaaberbøl, Laura Series by Peter Freund.
What would you ask your favourite authors?
What was she smoking, when she wrote that. Also, where can I get some.
What challenges do you think will be hard to overcome when starting your blog?
Staying motivated and not disappearing in two weeks time.
When did you start reading?
Not quite sure, five-ish years old, maybe? I remember my first book well, however. It roughly translates to “A little crow, who was different“ by Edith Schreiber-Wicke, and I think of it as a foreshadowing.
Where do you read?
Curled in a possibly unhealthy position in my bed.
What kinds of books do you like?
Young Adult, Fantasy, Sci-Fi. Trying to branch out these days too.
