Did anything even happen

So the plot of this series is supposed to be the royals seeking revenge for being overthrown, which already is pretty shallow, no one is rooting for them. And aside from Medusa's hair Maximus hasn't harmed anyone right? Like the triton/trident guy died but that was blackbolt's fault. And obviously he isn't just leading a revolution to help the oppressed he'd envious of his brother's gf and everyone's dope powers. Medusa killed a chick and was real extra about it like it was some bug victory but we just met dead chick last episode, she wasn't built up as being soooo powerful. Goat guy and Asian Mike Tyson instantly tried to kill themselves once they got to Earth, dunno wtf is up with that. Lockjaw is undoubtedly the best character and we didn't see him at all this episode. So what did this episode give us that we didn't get last episode???
