closing her eyes, chloe leaned against the window of the cab. she had been at vet school for a week and she was, to put it lightly, exhausted. and the only thing she wanted was her girlfriend but the brunette was still opening for Kahleed somewhere, she was meant to be meeting up with her on the weekend in Atlanta, or was it Las Vegas, she couldn’t remember but she’d look when she got home. it was odd, the way they got together, it was kind of just like they were each other’s missing pieces to the puzzles and that their last performance and almost dying on the boat...well that kind of brought them closer and they had a few dates before beca headed off to open and she went to school, but they still spoke nearly every second of the day. as she arrived home, chloe yawned as she paid the driver and slid out. since winning the competition, she had been able to afford a proper apartment, something bigger and better, it was great, she’d even given beca a key, just in case, but it was habit from when they lived together. as she headed up the stairs and opened her door, chloe frowned at the smell “Uhm hello, is someone there.?”
